We believe in fair, below-market pricing without cutting corners on care — your furniture is treated like our own. Our customers always come first, and profit never gets in the way of doing right by you.

Every job comes with a perfect work guarantee — if we make a mistake, it's on us to fix it, full stop. And if we discover any missing or damaged parts during the build, we'll reach out to you directly via message so you're never left in the dark. Same goes for general updates throughout the job — you'll always know what's going on.

Missing parts? No problem. We'll keep your job open until you find a solution that fits your needs — whether that's a replacement part or a full product swap. We'll walk through it with you, no hassle, no frustration. We understand that dealing with a missing part is already a headache, and having to replace or exchange a whole product is an even bigger one. We've got your back either way.

📝 Note: Any change of product resets the price agreement — however your Basic Wolf Kit base price and any tool discounts stay the same. Only the complexity upcharges are recalculated for the new product.

📱 How to Book

Ready to get started? Simply place an order through the app and leave your phone number in the order notes — we'll reach out to you directly to confirm the details and schedule your job. Pricing is locked in on site it may raise or lower depending on what’s there!

⏱️ Turnaround & Availability

Jobs are handled on a first come, first served basis. Standard scheduling runs from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Once midnight hits, the job stops for the night — unless the after-hours rate is agreed upon in the moment. No need to arrange it in advance, but once it's on, it's added to the final bill.

🌙 After-Hours Upcharge: Work between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM runs an additional +$20 — we don't burn out for free.

💵 Payment

Payment is due at the end of the completed assembly — no upfront costs, just pay when the job is done to your satisfaction.

⚠️ Fair Warning: Any attempts to obtain service without payment will result in the work being reversed, potential damage to the product, and a very stern message to follow. We're here to work hard and work fair — con artists need not apply.

📍 Service Area Notice: Jobs outside of e-bike battery range or outside of Wisconsin will require either drop-off of the product or transportation by the client to our place of residence for work. We currently serve Wisconsin and neighboring states (Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Michigan) — as much as we'd love to be everywhere at once, we can only be in one place at a time!

🐺 Sparks Build Services — Pricing Structure

Base: Basic Wolf Kit — $10

• Tools included with the product (customer's kit)
• Low complexity, no variables, no upcharges, no discounts
• The true entry point — flat $10, zero surprises

Tool Discounts (applied to total including after-hours)

• Customer provides basic hand tools above kit quality → -25%
• Customer provides power tools → -50%
• ⚠️ Tools provided will not cause the discount to rise past 50% — if power tools are provided, hand tools are not being used.
• Discount cap: 50% maximum
